Pricing

All pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR) and is inclusive of VAT @ 14%.  Please note that pricing and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice.  If an item is out of stock, Time Out Toys will contact you to either select an alternative product.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  Time Out Toys reserves the right at any time after receipt of order to accept or decline your order for any reason.  We may require additional verifications or information before accepting an order. If you have paid for a purchase and your order is cancelled, Time Out Toys will reimburse your order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Time Out Toys shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to any price changes.

Time Out Toys reserves the right to adjust product and delivery costs on the website at any time.

Liability

Time Out Toys shall not be liable to the Customer, or to any person whomsoever, for any loss or damage whatsoever, consequential or otherwise, caused by any product offering available on this website.

Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability and price stability, we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
